Weather Situation
A cold front will approach Victoria later today then cross the state during
Wednesday.

Damaging northwesterly winds of 50 to 60 km/h with peak gusts to 100 km/h are
forecast to develop over the Alpine Areas forecast district Tuesday night then
ease later Wednesday morning.

The State Emergency Service advises that people should:
- People should not park or shelter under trees.
- Secure or put away loose items around your house, yard and balcony.
- Keep clear of fallen power lines.
- For emergency help in floods and storms, ring your local SES Unit on 132 500.
