CFS advises that a bushfire at Koonoona Road Burra in the Mid North near Sod Hut and Princess Royal may threaten your safety.

Check and follow your Bushfire Survival Plan. If you are not prepared, leave now. Only leave if the path is clear to a safer place.

The BURRA fire is travelling in a South Easterly direction towards Sod Hut and Princess Royal.

The fire is uncontrolled and burning in Stubble - conditions are continually changing.

You should not enter this area as the roads may not be safe.
Well prepared and actively defended homes can offer safety.
