POSSIBLE MINOR FLOODING IN THE UPPER ONKAPARINGA RIVER DURING
FRIDAY.
A vigorous cold front is forecast to impact the State during
Thursday and Friday bringing local heavy falls to southern coasts
and the Mount Lofty Ranges.
Recent showery weather has resulted in small stream flows through
the Mount Lofty Ranges.
Rainfall totals across the Mount Lofty Ranges are expected in the
range of 20-40 mm on Thursday and 40-80 mm on Friday. Showers are
expected to ease over the weekend.
Elevated flows are expected in creeks and rivers across the Mount
Lofty Ranges with minor flooding possible in the upper reaches of
the Onkaparinga River including at Oakbank during Friday.
