Severe thunderstorms may produce localised heavy rainfall which may lead to flash flooding in the warning area over the next few hours. Locations which may be affected include Naracoorte, Lameroo, Keith and Bordertown.

Severe thunderstorms are no longer occurring in the Riverland and North East Pastoral districts and the warning for these districts is CANCELLED.

About 22 mm of rain fell in under an hour near Coonalpyn earlier this afternoon.

The State Emergency Service advises that people should:
* Don't drive, ride or walk through flood water.
* Keep clear of creeks and storm drains.
* Stay indoors, away from windows, while storms are nearby.
