Damaging wind gusts and squally showers.

Weather Situation: Damaging wind gusts associated with the passage of a cold front on Sunday.

Fresh to strong northwest to westerly winds averaging 40 to 55km/h at times with gusts in excess of 90 km/h are possible over western parts of the the warning area later this afternoon and extending over central and southeastern parts during this evening. Winds shifting southwesterly following the front. Damaging wind gusts are most likely to be associated with squally showers and thunderstorms and over elevated terrain.

Locations which may be affected include Adelaide, Port Lincoln, Cleve, Mount Gambier, Maitland, Murray Bridge and Kingscote.

The State Emergency Service advises that people should:
* Move vehicles under cover or away from trees;
* Secure or put away loose items around your property.
* Stay indoors, away from windows, while conditions are severe.
