Peninsula, Mid North, Kangaroo Island, Lower South East and parts
of Flinders, Riverland, Murraylands, Upper South East and North
West Pastoral districts.

Damaging winds and gusty showers and thunderstorms over southern
SA.
Weather Situation: Gusty showers and thunderstorms developing in a
vigorous northwesterly airflow today and Friday.
Damaging winds are possible across the warning area today mostly
associated with showers and thunderstorms with gusts in excess of
90 km/h. Showers and thunderstorms will also produce short bursts
of heavy rainfall.
Strong west to northwesterly winds locally reaching 50-65 km/h
with gusts of around 90 km/h are expected today and continuing into
Friday.
Locations which may be affected include Adelaide, Port Lincoln,
Whyalla, Mount Gambier, Ceduna and Kingscote.
The State Emergency Service advises that people should:
* Move vehicles under cover or away from trees;
* Secure or put away loose items around your property.
* Stay indoors, away from windows, while conditions are
severe.
