I have read and agree with the EWN Terms of Use as provided in the EWN Users Guide. I understand that the EW working Group membership is $100mth billed in advance and any SMS messages we send will incur a cost of 20 cents per recipient (at no profit to EWN - should reduce shortly to 12c). Calls to landline will be charged at 12 cents. The Users Members1, other than those who have registered with EWN and elected to receive EWN alerts already, remain the property of this registered User.
