The fire is travelling towards Carlton Beach, Dodges Ferry and is impacting Carlton Beach in the vicinity of the Surf Club and surrounding areas now.

The fire is expected to be difficult to control.

Embers, smoke, and ash may fall on Carlton Beach in the vicinity of the Surf Club and surrounding areas and threaten you and your home before the main fire.

Smoke and ash may make it difficult to see and breathe.

Tasmania Fire Service is attending. Conditions are expected to be changeable.

Take action now to protect yourself, your family, and your home.
