- Monitor the fire and weather situation through your local radio
station,

- Call 000 (Triple Zero) in an emergency.
For Thursday 4 December:
Extreme Fire Danger is forecast for the following fire weather
districts:
Eastern Eyre Peninsula, Flinders, Mid North, Mount Lofty Ranges,
Yorke Peninsula, Riverland, Murraylands and Upper South East
Weather Situation
Hot and dry conditions combined with fresh and gusty northwesterly
winds are leading to extreme fire dangers over central and eastern
parts during Thursday.
A gusty southwesterly change is expected in the afternoon and
evening. There is also the risk of high-based thunderstorms with
dry lightning over southeast parts of the state in the afternoon
and evening.
