Extreme Fire Danger is forecast for the following fire weather districts:
Karroun, Lockwood, Roe, Lakes, Fitzgerald Inland, Fitzgerald Coast, Esperance Coast and Esperance Inland

Weather Situation
Hot dry conditions and fresh winds will lead to elevated fire dangers on Friday. Northwest winds during the morning, then in the afternoon winds tending west to southwest through inland parts and sharp southerly through southern parts. High based showers and thunderstorms expected in the afternoon and early evening with gusty and erratic outflows. Thunderstorms may become severe with damaging wind gusts, please keep up to date with any warnings issued.
