Severe thunderstorms with heavy rainfall over the northeast this afternoon.

Weather Situation: A trough is triggering slow-moving thunderstorms in a very humid environment over parts of the North East Pastoral this afternoon and evening.

Severe thunderstorms are likely to produce heavy rainfall that may lead to flash flooding in the warning area over the next several hours. Locations which may be affected include Moomba and Innamincka.

The State Emergency Service advises that people should:
* Don't drive, ride or walk through flood water.
* Keep clear of creeks and storm drains.
* Stay indoors, away from windows, while storms are nearby.
